Delivery & Returns

We will refund or exchange an item if returned to us within 14 days from shipment. The item must not have been used or any seals broken on the product. The items will be checked through thoroughly before your refund or exchange can be accepted.

If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us with proof within 7 days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, E Gift Cards are non refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will process the refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

If an item was not what you expected we are happy to do an exchange on an item which is of the same cost provided they pass the inspection stated above.
